We'll Miss You Ms. Mary

Although people can be quite spontaneous and random, we all have pretty set routines that are a part of our daily lives. During the almost 5 years I have resided in California, one of my morning routines included stopping by the AM/PM gas station on the way to work to get coffee. We trekked up the mountain for 45 minutes, enjoyed the scenery at the top and headed back down. We opted to skip the second summit because it was very

Arnold Weekend Whirlwind

Wheew! Made it back from Columbus around 2pm this afternoon. This will definitely go down as one of my most memorable Arnold weekends ever. I got my goodie bag and gear from Bodybuilding.com so now I am an official member of the team. Hoo-rah! Friday night I had dinner with my college friend from Kentucky State (Roman Lori) and his family (Stacey Pyles and the kiddos). We had 15 years of catching up to do. Saturday morning I got to participate in the bodybuilding.com hoopla and play line police
